Quantitative Developer

Dallas, TX | Remote

This position is a core component of the technical frontier at Strike Global. As a Quantitative Developer, you will be part of a sovereign team of technologists architecting the high-fidelity platforms that drive our global execution. You will collaborate with researchers to engineer the signal, optimizing research pipelines, hardening trading infrastructure, and ensuring the absolute fidelity of our production systems.

We are seeking an architect—someone who demonstrates the intellectual curiosity to solve non-trivial problems and the discipline to maintain a continuum of excellence in a high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Own the substrate from research to production. You will architect, test, and deploy code into an environment where zero-copy efficiency and architectural sovereignty are the baseline.

  • Infrastructure Advocacy: Direct oversight of production systems, including the engineering of automated deployment, validation, and configuration logic to eliminate manual friction.

  • Signal Engineering: Collaborate with the quantitative team to move from raw data to actionable glints, ensuring the recursion of our models remains ahead of the technical frontier.

  • Operational Readiness: Monitoring and real-time troubleshooting of sovereign trading systems to ensure 1-of-1 availability.

Skills Required

  • Technical Mastery: Efficient in C++ and Python, with the ability to engineer and maintain low-latency production applications.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving skills with a distinct focus on mathematical truth and technical precision.

  • Data Fluency: Proven success engineering at scale with large, high-fidelity data sets.

  • Autonomous Ownership: Self-directed and comfortable assuming full responsibility for the integrity of the mission.

  • Institutional Discipline: Absolute attention to detail and reliable, predictable availability.
