Internship Program
Dallas, TX | Remote
The Strike Global Internship is a high-intensity residency designed for those who seek to bridge the gap between academic theory and institutional execution. You will not work on "simulated" projects or shadow from the sidelines. You will be integrated into a core team—Development, Research, or Infrastructure—to build and harden the substrate of our global execution.
We are seeking the next generation of architects—those with the intellectual curiosity to solve non-trivial problems and the discipline to maintain a Continuum of excellence.
Responsibilities
System Engineering: Collaborate with the Vanguard Dev team to optimize C++ components and Python research tools, ensuring zero-copy efficiency in our data pipelines.
Quantitative Discovery: Mine real-time event telemetry to identify predictive signals and validate hypotheses against high-fidelity historical data.
Infrastructure Support: Assist in the deployment and monitoring of our US-East edge nodes, learning the mechanics of deterministic networking and kernel tuning.
Peer Review: Participate in a culture of open, rigorous code and logic reviews where the best idea wins, regardless of tenure.
Skills Required
Technical Foundation: Strong proficiency in C++ or Python. Familiarity with Linux systems and low-level optimization is a significant advantage.
Mathematical Rigor: A deep understanding of probability, statistics, and linear algebra. You should be comfortable solving non-trivial quantitative problems.
Autonomy: The ability to take ownership of a project and drive it to completion without constant oversight.
Detail-Oriented: A clinical approach to code quality and data integrity. We value precision over speed.
