Director of Human Resources

This position is the architect of the Strike Global human capital substrate. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the strategic cultivation and structural integrity of our elite technical and quantitative teams. You will design the frameworks that ensure our talent pipeline remains as high-fidelity as our execution engine.

We are seeking a principal-level leader who possesses the operational rigor to manage complex organizational topographies and the discretion required of a sovereign institution. You are not just managing people; you are engineering the Continuum.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment of "1-of-1" talent across quantitative research, engineering, and infrastructure. You will design the residency and mid-career hiring pipelines to ensure a steady influx of elite practitioners.

  • Total Rewards Architecture: Design and manage institutional-grade compensation and benefit structures that align individual incentives with the long-term success of the Monolith.

  • Performance Management: Implement recursive feedback loops and evaluation frameworks that prioritize technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring our culture remains focused on execution.

  • Compliance and Sovereignty: Navigate the regulatory landscapes of multiple jurisdictions, ensuring the firm’s operational shield remains impenetrable while minimizing administrative friction for our technical teams.

  • Organizational Design: Collaborate with the Principals to evolve the firm's structure, ensuring we maintain the agility of a startup with the stability of a global institution.

Skills Required

  • Institutional Pedigree: Significant experience leading HR functions within quantitative trading, high-frequency finance, or elite technology firms (Jane Street, Jump, or Citadel experience preferred).

  • Strategic Precision: The ability to translate the firm's technical goals into actionable human capital strategies with zero wasted motion.

  • Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of the quant and engineering domains, allowing you to speak as a peer to our most senior architects.

  • Operational Rigor: A meticulous approach to policy design, legal compliance, and organizational data integrity.

  • Principal Presence: Exceptional communication skills and the emotional intelligence required to manage the unique dynamics of a high-performance firm.
